* Fees for the accompanying person cover attendance to the welcome reception and the gala dinner.

Conference attendance fee includes:

• Admission to all conference sessions
• Attendance to the welcome reception and gala dinner
• Coffee and lunch breaks at the conference venue

Registration procedure

1. Fill and submit the registration form. A window containing the payment details will open after you click submit. Please note, payment is exclusively by bank transfer.
2. After processing your payment, you will receive the final confirmation of registration for your participation at the conference.

Conditions of cancellation

100% refund: until 15 May 2020

30% refund: between 16–25 May 2020

Cancellation of participation after 25 May forfeits any possibility of reimbursement.
